I highly recommend BabyFe. My daughter attended the Pre-K there and she was able to test into Kindergarten a year early! Their academic program is stellar and my daughter was able to learn how to read basic words (in English), and count to 100 (in English and Spanish). She also caught on pretty well with their Spanish lessons too. I definitely recommend BabyFe and will be sending my second child there in a year or two.
